Payment & Refund Policy

1. Payment milestones

• Project kickoff: 40% advance to start design and development
• Mid-milestone: 30% on delivery of agreed milestone
• Go-live: 30% before deployment / handover
• SaaS / Subscriptions (OralStop): billed monthly or annually in advance

2. Accepted methods

Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, credit/debit cards, and international wire transfers. GST is charged as applicable in India.

3. Invoicing

Invoices are issued at each milestone and are payable within 7 days. Late payments may attract 1.5% per month and could pause active work.

4. Refunds

• Advance payments are refundable (less work already performed) if cancellation happens within 7 days of kickoff and no significant work has begun.
• Once a milestone is delivered and accepted, the corresponding payment is non-refundable.
• SaaS subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing cycle; you may cancel renewals anytime.

5. Chargebacks
