  • Refund request submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

Note: Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Unused licenses or subscriptions
  • Customized software or one-time setup services
  • Late cancellation after the billing cycle starts

2. How to Request a Refund

3. Subscription Terms

  • Notice: Must cancel at least 3 days before the next billing cycle.
  • Refunds: No partial refunds after the billing date.

4. Free Trials & Promotions

  • Free trials are automatically converted to paid plans unless canceled before expiration.
  • Promotional prices are valid only for the stated period and revert to standard rates after.

5. Failed Payments & Account Suspension

In case of failed payments:

  • You’ll receive a prompt to update payment details.
  • Non-payment may result in temporary service suspension.
