Terms and Conditions for Catchysystem Technologies Pvt. Ltd. CRM and ERP Custom Development and Payment Solution

Acceptance of Terms:

By engaging in custom development services for CRM and ERP and utilizing Catchysystem Technologies Pvt. Ltd.'s payment solution, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Custom Development Services:

For custom development projects related to CRM and ERP, a separate agreement will be established. This agreement will detail the project scope, timelines, deliverables, and associated costs.

Payment Solution:

Catchysystem Technologies Pvt. Ltd. provides a payment solution with a unique 7-days payment settlement period. Payments collected under Catchysystem Technologies' internal payment collection module will be settled within 7 days. If a client does not have an alternative payment gateway, Catchysystem Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will facilitate payment collection without any extra charges, except for payment gateway fees.

Subscription Plans:

For CRM and ERP products, we offer various subscription plans, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly options. The associated fees are detailed on our website, and by subscribing, you agree to pay the specified fees for the selected subscription period.

Payment and Billing:

Payment for subscription plans and custom development services is due in advance for the chosen period. Billing will occur automatically, and failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.

Intellectual Property:

Any intellectual property developed or provided as part of Catchysystem Technologies Pvt. Ltd.'s custom development services or CRM and ERP products remains the property of Catchysystem Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these resources during the subscription period.

Support Services:

Catchysystem Technologies Pvt. Ltd. provides support for CRM and ERP products and custom development services via call, email, and remote assistance. Support is based on tickets raised by users through our support portal or by contacting our support team directly.

Data Security and Privacy:

Catchysystem Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is committed to protecting your data. Details regarding data collection, processing, and storage are outlined in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

Service Level Agreement (SLA):

Our SLA outlines the level of service you can expect for CRM and ERP products and custom development services, including support response times and issue resolution. We strive to maintain high service availability and performance, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the subscription or custom development services by providing written notice. Upon termination, access to Catchysystem Technologies Pvt. Ltd.'s CRM and ERP products and custom development services will be discontinued, and any outstanding fees must be settled.

Limitation of Liability:

Catchysystem Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our CRM and ERP products or custom development services.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant Indian arbitration authority.

Modification of Terms:

Catchysystem Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Notification of changes will be provided, and continued use of our CRM and ERP products and custom development services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
